My first target is to understand and help define yours. Targets can be measurable or subjective, broad or precise, optimistic or realistic - and they should all be documented and considered.

In discovery, I cover both strategic and tactical targets, along with my recommendations, and translate them into a project plan with a scope of work and estimates for tasks and deliverables.

I'm available for complete project delivery, a la carte services, or simply as an advisor.

I hit targets and ship deliverables quickly and consistently.

Speed, precision, complexity, uniqueness: everything has a cost. I prioritize methodically defining your targets so I can most efficiently balance these cost factors throughout execution and delivery.

I scale up as needed for urgent deadlines and larger projects, and I integrate rapidly into new teams and environments.

What can I deliver for you?

I take the same approach to every project, irrespective of billing structure:

agree on targets → estimate scope 

→ document → deliver.

Flat-rate billing is best for projects with a reasonably defined scope, and is available as either packaged services with set deliverables and prices, or as estimates & quotes I can provide. Another less common flat-rate structure is budget-based, where the goal is to maximize results within the budget amount.

Hourly billing is best when I'm serving an advisory role, or for more open-ended, exploratory, or complex projects. These tend to be longer engagements with frequent strategic and tactical changes, which I can help guide.

I often provide discounted pricing for projects I find interesting or that have high potential. I'm also open to equity and revenue sharing engagements, depending on their nature.

If you're an investor - VC, private equity, angel - I offer both initial screening and technical due diligence as services, and I also evaluate my own deal flow which may interest you.
